Graeme passed away peacefully at the Castlemaine Hospital on 3rd March 2023.
Dearly loved husband of Kaye.
Loving father and father-in-law of Leanne (dec) and Damian, Greg and Irene, Peter and Fiona.
Very special Pa of Alexandra, Nick, Mitchell, Emily, Mackenzie, Brandon, Spencer, Lewis, Fletcher, Nina, Jasper, Piper and Deni.
Now reunited with his beautiful daughter Leanne.
With tears I saw you suffer, I watched you fade away,
My heart was slowly breaking as you fought so hard to stay.
You did not want to leave me, but you did not go alone,
for part of me went with you, the day God called you home.
Loving wife Kaye
Thankyou Pa for your love, kindnesses & encouragement.
We’ll cherish our memories.
Leanne (dec), Damian, Alexandra, Nick, Mitchell & Emily.
To hear your voice and see you smile,
to sit and talk for just a while,
to have you back in the same old way,
would be our dearest wish today.
Love Greg, Irene, Mackenzie, Spencer and Lewis.
We watched you suffer, we heard you sigh,
but all we could do was just stand by,
We lived in hope and prayed in vain,
that by some miracle, our dad would get well again.
Your pleasures were simple, your needs were few,
if your family was happy, our dad was too.
Going to miss you mate.
Love Pete, Fi and family.
Sweet is the sleep that ended the pain
we would not wake you to suffer again.
Love Ocker, Wendy, Emma, Jason, Jayden and Chloe
