Our team of staff at Mount Alexander Funerals are 100% committed to offering only the best in professional, yet personal, attention to the families who engage our services. It is therefore wonderful to receive recognition following a funeral service. We humbly, but proudly, receive many letters of thanks after a funeral service and would like to share just a few with you.

“A personal note of thanks for the wonderful work and service you provide for the patients and families of our hospital community. The consistant and professional way you offer care and compassion is exemplary.”
“I would personally like to thank Brian and Lyn Leidle of Mount Alexander Funerals for their professionalism, kindness and sincerity in the handling of my mother’s funeral recently. You guys showed the city slickers how it should be done. Many thanks again. “
“I have been thinking of you both such a lot. My heart will be forever grateful for all the love and respect you gave to my wonderful mother. Also for the comfort, love and sensitivity you offered to me and my family at the time of Mum’s death. You will both always have a special place in my heart and love.”
When we met you less that a week ago, we were three lost, confused and fragile people. Mick had passed away a few hours prior and logic and rationality were swamped by despair and helplessness. Our depth of grief had no bounds.
Brian you provided the patience, sensitivity and professionalism to get us through our darkest hour. Your team made sure that all our ideas for honouring Mick became a reality. You gave us the strength to get through an indescribably painful time. The grief is still with us but you and your team have provided the first step forward.
Words cannot describe the level of comfort and support that you provided our family. The time you spent with Cam, our youngest grandson, helping him make sense of what was happening on the day will be lifelong memory. As I sat down for the beginning of the service, Cam explained to me, “if you’re looking for Pa, he’s just over there” and then he pointed to the coffin.
“We would like to thank you most sincerely for the sensitive and compassionate way you arranged and conducted the service for our dear Mother and Nanna. Your professional and perceptive manner with us, the lovely chapel environment and your attention to detail on the day of the service and throughout the week beforehand were most comforting.”
