  8. Julia Cohen on behalf of all Ploegmakers family members says:

Do we see the years roll by as we are dying?
Do the joys and sorrows of so long ago drift passed us like the driven snow?
Do we hear time leave and see the ebb and flow of brief untidy lives that interrupt eternity realizing at the very end how little our world is worth striving the struggle the stress?
Do we vanish into day or soar around a smokey wisp of soul with our loved ones swaying free and together forever in the whispers of the wind?.
Julia Cohen on behalf of all Ploegmakers family members

  9. Irene Canty says:

You were my eldest brother, godfather and mentor… you accepted Rod into the family and gave me away at my wedding.
Thank you for believing in me and my dreams which came to reality although late in my life but that’s okay
I knew you were weary and that you’d had enough, but I was pleased you could still enjoy listening to my recording playing
Moonlight Sonata as music was a big part of your life.
You are now with the love of your life, which is what you wanted and also reunited with your brother Bill, mum and dad please give them all the biggest hugs.
The face in this photo says it all, it shows love laughter and a zest for life that’s who you were… but you were tired and knew it was time to leave us.
Until we meet again dearest brother, love you forever, your youngest sister Irene and brother in law Rod xxoo
    Now at peace.
