Glenis was the most loving, independent and inspiring lady I know. She welcomed me into her family and I loved her with all my heart. Our family have lost beautiful mother but she has left behind a life time of memories. God Bless you mum…… Thank you for being you.
You may be gone
from my sight,
but you are never gone
from my heart.

“Every day is a good day”
Of all the memories I have of Glenis, this has to be my favourite.
She said it to me so often over our 20 years of acquaintance.
This is how she lived, letting nothing spoil her enjoyment of life.
Whether it was volunteering at the Rose Garden, joining U3A groups, or going on her latest travel adventure.
Glenis was always good for a smile and a laugh.
Many fond memories.
I knew Glenis from her time as a Home Economics and Textiles teacher at Werribee Primary and Werribee High School. She was a very talented lady.
We also attended Crossroads Uniting Church together and we went to Church camps together.
I wish the family well.
