Jennifer “Joy”.
We weren’t best buddies or anything but getting to know you via doing Vis Arts, Churchill uni & over the 1990s decade, was a joy.
Your artwork was so exquisite & unique.
A dab hand at the accordion ha.
Happy drawing the cosmos now Jen with pets at your side.
Taken way too soon, not fair.
Heartfelt condolences to Elsa, family & close friends.

Dear Jen
Such a dear friend of so many decades. I have so many treasured memories of great times together. Your creative talent was immense – as was your love of your family.
You will leave a huge void in my life my dear, loyal and unique friend.

Jennifer!
My favourite person in the world.
I first saw you walking towards me on the 7th floor in Swanston St after a drawing lesson and was blown away with your smile and how COOL you were – 1979!
You looked after me and showed me the wonder of the world.
You taught me “it’s a very fine thing” and the joy of the piano accordion.
So many fond memories in South Melbourne, Jeeralang and your home – your parent’s place – in Greensborough.
I understood Bowie because of you and also the bliss of a hot water bottle.
I have your work on the wall at home and am inspired every day looking at your creativity and knowing you were a part of my life.
A staunch friend and patient confidante … you leave a huge legacy and will be sorely missed.
I love you Jennifer!

We didn’t get to spend much time together over the past 50 years. But when we did it was like we were never apart.
Miss you dearly little Sis.
Love forever, Chris and Anne

Farewell Jen from the UK,
I wish I was there to say goodbye.
You were such a talented musician, artist, plantswoman and animal whisperer extraordinaire, with a wry sense of humour.
Sending all my love to those left behind as you rejoin your beloved four-legged friends.
Nicola Ferguson ❤️💙💚
My condolences to Elsa, family and close friends.
I remember Jenny’s smiling, fun loving personality as Vicky’s sister and Chris Baines great friend.
