I give thanks to God for the precious gift of knowing June … whom I met in 2008 in Castlemaine.
June, you were a treasure who loved everyone and saw only the best in us all.
Thank you for the joyous times you and I, together with Lorna had visiting many open gardens, and sharing our passion for gardening.
Thank you for being my ‘right hand person’ with Crafty Ladies, for the fun times we had being ‘crafty’ together, and with the other ladies.
Thank you for your generous hospitality, and your willingness to always go the extra mile.
Faith, hope and love remain, but the greatest of these is love.
Rest well my friend until we meet again.
    Marion Whitelaw

June was a precious friend to many, but none more so than to my mum (Joyce Tait) & I.
Always full of life, looking on the bright side & caring about others.
What a legacy she has left for her own family to follow!
A beautiful person who will be missed & remembered by all those whose life she touched!
    Sincere sympathy to June’s family.
May she rest in the arms of her dear Frank & the LORD.

    My dear sister June.
Always there for me with support over the years, loving kindness & inspiration.
Your daily phone calls at 4:30 for the past 10 years have been such a blessing to me.
Words are not enough to express how much I will miss you.

  6. Brian & Jan Fry says:

Our job transfer to Alexandra 45 years ago brought us into contact with June and Frank. What a bonus blessing that was, a gentle and caring couple perfectly matched.
In addition June was an exceptional teacher to our youngest daughter at Alex. Primary School. We have kept in touch following both families relocation and we
endorse the kind words quoted in other tributes presented here and send our deep condolences on June’s passing to Gail, Robbie and all the family.
