I worked with Sharon a few years ago. She was an incredible lady who taught me a lot- not just about work, but about life.
I am grateful to have crossed paths with her.
Wishing her family a long life xxx

The beauty you radiated from within and without.
Your selflessness and willingness to help others and bring joy to their lives without any need for thanks.
You were generous with your time though you didn’t have enough time for yourself.
The love and support you gave your children with little support apart from your wonderful family.
You were organised and wise, the commonsense genius.
    Goodbye Special Girl.
    I’ll love you forever

    Dear Sharon,
When you first rocked up to Pony Club all those years ago, I knew instantly we were destined to be friends forever.
You were my bestie and I was yours, a bond that remained unwavering and solid through every chapter of our lives.
We lived parallel lives, always supporting each other through the good times and the tough ones.
Even when my Pony Club days ended, our friendship only grew stronger.
We mastered the art of “phone tag” and made countless promises to catch up, often navigating the busyness of life with just a quick call.
But before hanging up, we always made sure to tell each other how much we loved one another, a simple ritual that meant everything.
I’ll forever cherish the weekend we spent celebrating your 50th birthday. Watching your favourite singer, enjoying our wines, then dancing and laughing the night away at the casino, finished off by our hilarious MacDonald’s drive-through adventure that had the taxi driver in stitches and completely lost! We made his night.
That was us, pure joy. We’ve shared so much laughter, so many tears, and held each other close through it all.
It’s devastating to think you’re gone, and I, like so many others, simply cannot accept it.
My heart goes out to everyone who had the pleasure of having you in their lives, especially your beautiful children, Tom, Jemima and Mac, and your family that you loved so much!
I will never forget you and will miss you forever.
    I love you Sharon.
Rest in peace my beautiful friend.

  9. Tara Ward says:

    Dearest Sharon,
Thankyou for being the best mother in law to Tatum, and always being there over the last seven years.
I know I will never be able to replicate your chilli con carne or your ability to throw such an amazing going away party …like you did when Tom and Tatum were going to the USA.
Your ability to juggle so many things I was always in awe of.
Thankyou for the chats we had and the support you showed over the last twelve months especially, when you would call on your way up to Girgarre,
You raised such amazing children, and they will continue to make you proud, they had such a great role model.
Thankyou for raising Tom how you did, Tatum and our family are forever in your debt for having such an amazing man in our family.
    Rest in peace Sharon.
    Tara Ward xx

  11. Narelle Debenham (Hope) says:

Absolutely devastated to hear the news about our beautiful Sharon, gone in such tragic and unexpected circumstances.
Memories of fun times had as teens, particularly weekend visits to the bush block on rolling hills amongst dairy farms at Hallora, still warm my heart.
So many laughs had Sharon, helping you with ‘project Gavan’ in the 80’s.
Delighted you both found recent happiness together again.
So sad this precious time was short lived.
Our deepest condolences to Jem, Mac, Tom and Tatum, Gavan and family, Lyndsay, Rhonda, Leah, Jenni and the extended O’Toole clan, we know how much you loved Sharon and will greatly miss her physical presence.
Her gorgeous spirit will shine on brightly in you all.
We cherish you all, our friendship, the fun we had and the memories made over the years.
Sending you our deepest sympathy, and the biggest love and hugs at this very sad time 🌸🍃

  17. Rhonda Holland says:

Beautiful Sharon. So many ways to describe you! Generous, caring, giving, intelligent, so much fun, fantastic mum, loved by everyone that you ever met. Such a special part of Chelsea Pony Club for so many years. There are no words to describe the pain your family & friends will be feeling because you are gone way too soon.
💔 love Rhonda, Amy & Scott Holland ❤️

  18. Joanne Matse says:

You didn’t have to help me as much as you did. You were kind not out of obligation, it was because you chose to be. I didn’t know you for long but I knew you enough to know that you were my kind of person. My friend and light house in my darkest time. I was and still am so shocked. I will never forget you my extraordinary friend.
    Love always, Jo xo
