Jonathon, Joshua, Jeremy and I want to thank you very much for your thoughtful care of Paul and us, while preparing for and holding the service and burial.  The quiet and respectful way you dealt with us helped us get through a time of grief and uncertainty.  With our best wishes.

Dear Brian, Lyn, Maree, Hannah and staff,

We would like to sincerely acknowledge the wonderful support , compassion and empathy shown to us during our time of grieving the loss of our dearly loved Mum  –  so very much appreciated!  Also, we would like to thank you for the exemplary way you managed the planning and execution of Mum’s funeral and celebration of life  –  nothing was too much trouble and guidance ALWAYS had an encouraging and warm smile accompanying it.  ‘Thanks a mill” for EVERYTHING!  It helped us so much to get through a very difficult time!

Many thanks for everything you did to help us organise Joan’s funeral.

Aunty Joan had a very special farewell.  From our very first phone call Brian, you showed complete empathy and I was very comfortable that Joan was in your care.  Then you guided us, cousin Marion and Joan’s daughter Melinda (in W.A.) with what we needed to do.
