Josie passed away peacefully at Arcare Castlemaine on 9th October 2025 aged 83 years.

Dearly loved wife of George for over fifty years, loved and loving mother of Adrian and Lisa, devoted ‘Nan’ of Soya McClure.

We shall miss her smile. Josie was a real treasure.

Resting in God’s care.

As long as life and memory live, we shall remember Josie.

 

A service to remember and give thanks for Josie's life will be held in the Church of Christ, 66 Blakeley Road, Castlemaine

on Tuesday 21st October at 1.30 pm.

Following this service, you are invited to stay and join Josie’s family for refreshments, before a burial at Harcourt Cemetery (at around 4.15pm).

Please wear bright colours (no black) to honour Josie.

    Josie was always so pleased to attend our many functions and events over the years and we know supported George in his work for Buda.
