My dear Mum, loved and respected always.

Nan leaves us with many fond memories.
Staying with Nan during school holidays, going to the cinema, shopping in target, gold prospecting with her and Uncle Ron, being scolded “all joints on the table will be carved!”, and in later years pleasant walks in the botanical gardens and visits at Penhall.
A wonderful Nan who will be greatly missed.

The great memories with Nan will last forever!
All the outings to the shopping centre painting plaster moulds, the cinema, arts at your house and especially playing rummy.
Could you have at least let me win one game … haha.
So kind and patient.
An Awesome Nan we will miss greatly.

When I was a child, Nan always had time to share with her grandkids and always fun activities, often including Uncle Ron.
Nan had an amazing way of relating to us.
When I was an adult, Nan always had time to share with her grandkids and always interesting conversations, personally, we’d compare Fitzroy’s, compare travel stories and compare music’s.
Nan gave me a painting 20+ years ago, bought in the 70’s, has been hanging in my houses since, she really liked the painting but it didn’t go with her regular style, I don’t think she ever had it on display.
A really beautiful piece but it’s not pretty. Nan thought I’d appreciate the image and the style, she was right.
Born in 1930, it’s amazing to think of the changes Nan saw through her life.
Always a great Nan.
When I got home from Penhall last week I made myself an onion sandwhich, couldn’t have been more that 2 weeks since my last.
The first was when Nan showed me how to make them 40 years ago, this was the first without Nan here.
Love you Nan.
