June passed away peacefully at Castlemaine Health after a short illness.
Daughter of Henry and Ethel Bowen (both dec), sister of Dawn (dec), wife of Tom (dec),
mother of Andrew and Stuart, mother-in-law to Kayleen, grandmother to Ashleigh, Sophie and Thomas (dec).
An irrepressible force, who loved her family, cared for others and left the world a better place for having been in it.
We were lucky to have her. Never weaken ‘til the final siren’s gone.
Stuart, Kayleen, Ashleigh, Sophie and Thomas.
You were my rock, my strength, and my defence in all situations. I will miss you ‘til the day I die.
Love you always, Andrew.
Our thanks to Dr Dale and the team at Castlemaine Health for their care and support.
Family and friends are welcome to join with us at the Bendigo Crematorium, 5 Victoria Street in Eaglehawk
on Thursday (16th December) at 11.00am for a brief service to farewell June in accordance with her wishes,
and to join us afterwards for light refreshments.

Heart broken to hear of June’s passing.
We became good friends when her and Tom did the postal delivery service.
Even a while ago she called out my name when she saw me in the street and we stopped to have a chat. Always on the ball and asking about our kids.
A beautiful lady who will be missed by many.
Deepest Sympathies to Andrew, Stuart and their families.
Kelly McClure

Lovely lady, lived for her family. Rest peacefully June.
Despite the setbacks of life June was always there with a cheery smile and something good to say about everybody. Farewell June, your approach to this world was exemplary and your being here with us made it a better place.
Rest now, dear lady.
Thinking of you Stuart, Andrew and family. June was the most amazing, kind hearted and generous person to us all.
We had lovely craft days with June and many laughs and chatter. June never complained and just always kept going head on.
We will remember her always x
