Dear sweet Marion 💙
I knew her from my volunteering at the Castlemaine Salvos.
She would come in, and collect the small Salvation Army magazines, and deliver them all around town.
She was always cheerful, and so interested in others.
Whenever I saw her in the street she would stop and say “ Hello Susannah!” with a big smile on her face.
She was well loved around town.
My condolences to her three daughters, and the rest of the whole family.
Sleep peacefully Marion

Marian was always happy and said hello to everyone who saw in the street or at church, our son always loves giving Marian cuddles when he stands her.
Marian was devoted to be helping at the Salvation Army Church and would sometimes deliver kids zones and warcries around to the other shops and would always talk about her family and was so proud of them when talking to people about them.
Rest in peace beautiful Marian.
Will always remember you.

Our neighbourhood is already missing dear Marian.
The call of daily greetings, always up for a cheery smile, laugh or friendly wave, regardless who passed by her window.
Slipping out her front door, regardless of the weather, up for a chat, neighbourhood interaction in a most heartfelt manner.
” Gota have a laugh” was her catch try.
Marian had a big heart.
Always knitting to ensure others wouldn’t feel the cold.
Marian spoke fearlessly of what she believed in and happily excepted those of different belief systems.
We’re all only people under the one sky.
I’m missing you already Marian.
It has been a privilege to be in your neighbourhood.
Thank you – Michelle Robie
