Patricia Thelma Revell

28th March 1924 - 9th November 2020

Pat's lifetime journey ended peacefully on 9.11.2020 at the wonderful age of 96 years.

Loved wife of Jack and loved mum of Robert (both deceased)

Much loved mum of Graeme and Mary-Anne.

Grandma to Kris and Anne, Kim, Amanda and Heath, Catherine and Luke.

Great Grandma to Eden, Poppy and Finley.

A chapter is completed, and a page is turned, but our memories of such a caring and fun grandma and mum remain.

How great she was.  Now with her beloved Jack and son Robert.  What rejoicing there will be!

Forever in our hearts.

Adored and much loved mum to Anne and Rob

Grandma to Matthew, Laura and Brent

You were a very special mum

Too special for words to say

We will love you forever and always

Even though you had to go away

You may not be there for us to see

But as long as we feel you in our hearts

And as long as we feel this way

We are never far apart.

Dearest Mum/Grandma Pat

In our hearts you will always stay,

Loved and remembered every day.

Ian, Rita, Culum and Edward

We will always miss your smiling face and gentle laugh.

Many thanks to the staff at Penhall, Castlemaine health.

Dear Aunty Pat, there is a gift you cannot buy, it is very rare and true. It is a special gift of friendship like the one I shared with you.
Please put an arm around my mum ( Pat Wright sister in law Dec) “The Two Pats Together” in heaven.
    Love Sue

Treasured times shared and not forgotten, your caring and gracious ways were so special. Your faith enriched our lives.
