Dear Brian, Lyn, Maree, Hannah and staff,

We would like to sincerely acknowledge the wonderful support , compassion and empathy shown to us during our time of grieving the loss of our dearly loved Mum  –  so very much appreciated!  Also, we would like to thank you for the exemplary way you managed the planning and execution of Mum’s funeral and celebration of life  –  nothing was too much trouble and guidance ALWAYS had an encouraging and warm smile accompanying it.  ‘Thanks a mill” for EVERYTHING!  It helped us so much to get through a very difficult time!

We wanted to say thank you to you all for taking care of Mum’s funeral service.  We are so very grateful for the caring way you looked after Mum and the calm, caring and personal way you guided us through the planning and on the day.  After having you look after Dad’s funeral service, it was such a comfort to know that for Mum’s we could completely rest all of the details in you hands, and know that everything would be taken care of … just the way we wanted it to be.

Many thanks for everything you did to help us organise Joan’s funeral.

Aunty Joan had a very special farewell.  From our very first phone call Brian, you showed complete empathy and I was very comfortable that Joan was in your care.  Then you guided us, cousin Marion and Joan’s daughter Melinda (in W.A.) with what we needed to do.

I wanted to say how much I personally appreciated the support you gave in arranging Christine’s funeral.  Everything was attended to with great care and kindness and I felt ease and peace of mind, knowing everything would be right and perfect.  I sincerely thank you for your support and guidance.  On behalf of the family I would also like to pass on our sincere gratitude to you and all your staff for your loving care of Christine prior to and on the day of her funeral.  It means a lot to us all!  Thank you!
