Passed away peacefully on the 16th of April 2021 aged 91 with his beautiful wife of 66 years Joan (Frizzy) holding his hand.
Very much loved and cherished dad of Ginny, Matt, Andy, Jane and Cait.
Loved father-in-law of Bernie, Glenda, Melissa and Jodee.
Adored grandfather of Mal, Josh and Sarah, Sam, Roo and Chloe
and their partners Adam, Caitlin, Will, Lexie, Laura and Joel.
Loved great grandfather of Evie, Rubi, Benji, Little Jack and Lenny.
Our precious Jacky was such a devoted family man. Not only was he a loving husband and devoted father
he was a beautiful person and a true gentleman much respected by the community.
In silence the leaves of memories fall,
with tender love we gather them all,
within our hearts we store them deep,
those special memories are ours to keep.
A prayer service will be held for Jack in St Mary’s Catholic Church, Hargraves Street, Castlemaine
on Monday (April 26) commencing at 11.30am.
Following this service the cortege will leave for the Taradale Cemetery.
