I always called Joy “my Joy of joys”. Her vivacious zest for life and beautiful personality always shone through. We had so many laughs at work, always the entertainer! Thank you Joy for all those big hugs and kisses.
I know she got into trouble by her grandson who was playing football on the day, for kissing him all the time in front of his footy team mates!! She said she just couldn’t help it.. 😃She had so much love to give. !!
Please accept my heartfelt condolences . May Joy RIP.

Sincerest and heartfelt condolences to our brother Wayne for the sudden loss of his cherished partner and soulmate Joy .

Your father Doug , sisters and their partners, Karen, Sandra and Tom, Rose and Peter and Cheryl, feel your grief, and sadness.

Although we live in a different state, and our opportunities to interact were largely around special milestone birthdays or Christmas occasions together or just a fleeting visit when passing through, Joy was always happy and sociable within our large family.
This loss is felt by us all here . With no opportunity to visit Joy in hospital or to say goodbye, we hope she knew how much it upset us that she was so unwell.

Wayne, please know we all support you at this time of sadness even though we cant be there by your side.

    Rest in Peace Joy.

Dear Wayne and everyone in your family,
We are sending out deepest sympathies and virtual hugs from Minnesota. We met on a cruise of the Danube and instantly hit it off with you and Joy. So saddened at this devastating news. May she rest in piece always wearing a red hat and making everyone laugh wherever she is right now and forever.

    Warmly and with our prayers
    Janet and Howard

Tribute to our dearest friend, Margaret JOY Archer.

Carol and I are the privileged ones to have been allowed into Joy and Wayne’s lives.

We miss her terribly, let alone her infectious, funny, witty and upbeat nature. Your spirits always lifted when Joy arrived…..she had such a gift in that regard.

So many things we planned to do, all together, now cut short. It is so sad, but we will go on, if nothing else in honour and memory of her.

Carol and I are comforted in the knowledge that Joy’s suffering is over and that she is at peace.

We will never forget you and will always raise a glass in your honour as we are already doing.

We will meet again and continue our adventures.

Love you mate, or as you used to say “Love, love, love”.

    Carol Cockerell and Phillip Georgiou
