  2. Ruth Gledhill says:

Judith has been my friend since we started nursing together in 1945. Although we have not been able to see each other recently we have always been in touch and her photo on this site is just Judith as I knew her, always bright and contented with never a complaint.
I send my condolences to all her family at their sad loss, but what lovely memories they can cherish. Such a lovely lady.
Always remembering Judith with love and affection,
    Ruth Gledhill.

Dear Robbie, dearly loved friend and Nursing Colleague of 77 years. Always cheerful and with a great sense of humour. I will miss our phone chats. 🌹

  4. Marie Millett says:

Judith Culvenor, how much we loved you all those years ago when I worked at the Castlemaine library.
You were so up-beat and positive, so caring, kind, thoughtful. Both Pat and I loved you.
You were extra kind to me through days of my engagement, Dad dying and my wedding.
I always missed you and thought of you often.
Condolences to your lovely family … whom you spoke of with enthusiasm and great positive energy.
    Love from Marie Morgan

  5. Lynne Bird says:

Judith, so sorry to hear you have passed.
You were a great and kind presence, intelligent, curious, open, diligent and loving.
I feel honoured to have known you.

  6. Christyn Passalaqua AKA "The dog lady!" says:

    Judith,
Such an honor and a privilege to have known and cared for you over the years.
I loved hearing your stories of your nursing days. When the war ended, witnessing the first injection of penicillin and that you didn’t like working Friday nights as too many young men came off their motorcycle’s. You were born before your time with such passion for your ‘voice’ in politics and an intelligence I could only dream of. The love you shared for your family and spoke so fondly of your grandchildren.
I have to thank you! As my daughters grew up from teenagers to be adults your advice always made me think more clearly.
You will always be remembered Judith!
