So sorry to hear of Margaret’s passing. We will remember you fondly as the wonderful woman you were.
Still remember those jars of delicious little bikkie bites you used to bake. Rest peacefully, Margaret. Love and hugs to Rob and Jill. Thinking of you and your family.

I remember Margaret’s kindness so many years ago, always welcoming and warm.
My loving thoughts are with you Wendy and the family.

  3. The Rivington and McWhinney Families says:

Margaret was an integral part of the fabric of our lives as we were growing up in Warranwood.
Unlike so many families today, the Hynam-Smiths, McWhinneys and Rivingtons were close-knit, sharing the joy of celebrations and providing constant love and support when tragedy occurred. Deep friendships formed across the three families such as between Rob, Phillip and Cam.
Throughout her life, Margaret took a genuine interest in us all and we cherished her reminiscences of happy times spent with our mothers, Hope, and Alys.
    Good-bye, dear Margaret.
Love, care, kindness and elegance wrapped in one.

With love and sympathy to all in her family from Mary, Heather, Carol and Cam (Rivington family) and Lyndis (Lindy) McWhinney family

  4. Jacinta Torres-Gomez (nee Boyle) says:

What a wonderful legacy you have left dear Nan Margaret – you always made any of Lucy and Adam (or any of the grandkids) an random friends like me feel a part of the family. You were so kind, generous, a beautiful baker, loving, and had a wicked sense of humor.
You created such a beautiful family and I know you will be so missed.
Thank you for being such a bright star in some many of our lives near and far for so many years.
    – Jacinta Torres-Gomez (nee Boyle) xx

  5. Cheryl Nichol says:

A truly beautiful lady, who will be sadly missed. All my love, hugs and sympathy to Rob, Julie and your extended family xxx

  6. Margaret Badminton says:

What a wonderful lady to have been privileged to know for many years. We had so many laughs together. Our special connection with Margaret and Andrew (a real gentleman) was at the Duo Piano concerts friend Shirley and I gave at Yapeen. We would laugh when, after hundreds of hours of individual practice and 8 hours rehearsal the day before ending in total exhaustion, Margaret would ask “when is the next concert?”
Love and condolences to all the family,
    Margaret Badminton

  7. Joan Orgill says:

So sad to read of Margaret’s passing.
My condolences and love to Rob, Jill and family.
