Patrick passed peacefully at Castlemaine Hospital.

Husband of Erica, father to Kathryn, Elizabeth and Daniel, stepfather to Miranda, 

father in law to Nathan, Sarah, William and Josh. Grandad to Ciaran, Archer, Ruby and Kathryn 

May he Rest In Peace 

 

Family and friends are invited to attend Patrick's funeral service,

to be held in the Church of Christ, Blakeley Road, Castlemaine on Monday (May 24) commencing at 2.30pm.

Following this service you are warmly invited to stay for light refreshments.

 

You may wish to watch Patrick's service via livestream.

 The service will be live approximately 5 - 10 minutes prior to commencing.

The service will then be placed on this tribute page a few days later.
