Shirley passed away peacefully at Bendigo Health Hospice on Good Friday, April 15th aged 69 years.
Dearly loved wife of Bob.
Loving Mother of Trevor, Belinda, and Paul.
Treasured Nanna of Emma, Zoe, Marcus, Mick and Andi.
You were a very special lady,
too special for words to say,
we will love you forever and always,
even though you had to go away.
You may not be there for us to see,
but we will feel you in our heart,
for as long as we feel this way,
we are never far apart.
For 48 years we built our lives together. Three wonderful children and five beautiful grandchildren.
Together we travelled many miles across this country that you loved so much,
and we made countless memories along the way.
Until we tour those long roads again, you will always be in my heart.
All my love Bob.
A mother is a special gift, and one you think will stay,
you never dream the day will come when she will go away.
For those that have a mother, cherish her while you may,
because I would give the world to have my mother here today.
We love you mum, Trevor, Belinda and Paul.
The gates of Heaven opened,
a precious Nana stepped inside,
to us you were very special,
and we thought the world of you.
Emma, Zoe, Marcus, Mick and Andi.

God’s Garden
God looked looked around His garden
And he found a empty place.
And then He looked down upon the earth,
And saw your tired face.
He put His arms around you,
And lifted you to rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering,
He knew you were in pain,
He knew that you would never
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough,
And the hills were hard to climb,
So he closed your weary eyelids,
And whispered, ” Peace be thine.”
It broke our hearts to lose you.
But you didn’t go alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.
Our hearts go out to Bob, Trevor, Belinda, Paul and Family.
Glad my family got to meet you Shirley, we worked together at times, remembering a house we glossed and you were loads of fun made the day go quick.
Party’s you and Bob came to, of my son Raaman, and even the 1st birthday of his daughter’s bbqs at my brothers xmas party’s, always had great chats.
